I had been waiting over 5 months for an MG from another dealer, and just when I thought I was finally getting it, I received an email saying they could deliver right away. Honestly, I was shocked! This led to some chats with other MG enthusiasts, and a few of them suggested I check out Luscombe's MG, saying they’re dependable and offer solid deals. Taking their advice, I set up a meeting with Ross Travis, who showed me a comparison with my pending purchase. It quickly became clear that I had made a wrong choice, so I cancelled that order. Ross presented me with a nearly ready-to-go purchase at a great price, and I jumped at the chance. I find Ross to be straightforward, honest, and super helpful. He really puts customer service at the forefront and focuses on what the customer needs instead of pushing extra features. He takes affordability into account and only recommended essential financial options like GAP insurance and a Service Plan, which would actually be useful during the ownership period. As I write this review, I wholeheartedly recommend Luscombe MG to anyone thinking about buying this brand.

One small thing that slipped through the cracks was the £50 cash incentive for a personal referral; our son, who just bought an MG5, would have been eligible for that.

All in all, it was a pretty good experience.

I put down a deposit they claimed would be refundable if I decided to back out. But let me tell you, getting that refund has been tougher than pulling teeth. On the day I wrote this review, a guy named Sam called me. He mentioned there was a problem with their Stripe payment system, but he did manage to process a refund that finally came through. So, at least there's someone who actually cares.

We just bought our mg zs ev trophy long range. Ross, the guy who sold it to us, was super professional, really knowledgeable, and quite helpful. We're really happy with our new ride! The entire process was smooth sailing from beginning to end, and we ended up getting our car sooner than we expected, which was a nice surprise.

Just had my first service for the Mg5 after a year. I dropped the car off at the Luscombe service center right on time at 10:00am. While they sorted out the paperwork, I enjoyed a coffee and then hopped on a bus across from the showroom into Leeds. I got back around 1:00pm, and the service was all done. They even washed the car and sent a video health check of its condition to my phone. Everything went smoothly, no issues at all.

I put in an online request for financing details for a new vehicle. The salesman called me up and mentioned he couldn't provide the info unless I either reserved a car or waited until July when prices are set to go up. Clearly, I couldn't make a commitment to a new ride without knowing the cost. It was a rather odd chat overall. John Sharples
